The Serpent Seen in London

A notorious serial killer was spotted sightseeing in the British capital.

It was a warm day in London when notorious serial killer Charles Sobhraj was spotted sightseeing. The killer named The Serpent has murdered at least twenty backpackers in the Far East. 

Disguised with a wig and glasses, Sobhraj looked every part the tourist as he snapped photos of landmarks on his camera. He was photographed near the London Eye, a popular tourist destination. 

There are many questions as to why a serial killer should now be enjoying a sightseeing tour in England's capital. One of the most pressing issues is whether Sobhraj has been punished for all his crimes by the full force of the law.
